Program Policies & Terms

💳 Payment & Billing

  • Monthly Prepayment: All classes are prepaid on a monthly basis at the time of registration.

  • Recurring Billing: Payments recur every month (every 4 weeks) at the price of the chosen program.

  • Package Pricing: Rates reflect a discount for multiple classes per week.

🌤 Weather & Make-Up Classes

  • Weather Policy: If a class is cancelled due to weather, UTO will attempt to organize alternatives, such as:

    • Partnering with indoor facilities to move the session.

    • Organizing a make-up session at a later date.

  • Scheduling: All weather-related alternatives are scheduled based on coach availability and UTO discretion.

  • Student Absence: This is a monthly-based package. Classes missed by the student for personal reasons,illness or other unclassified reasons will not be credited or refunded.

🤝 Code of Conduct

  • Instruction: Students must follow all rules and safety guidelines provided by instructors.

  • Respect: Respect for coaches, peers, and the facility is required at all times.
